David Cameron – G’08, L’08, WG’08. David is a founding member of The JD/MBA Alumni Association, having helped to organize the Association in 2009. David is a member of the international capital markets practice group in Hong Kong at Allen & Overy, a UK-based ‘magic circle’ law firm. He specializes in representing and advising corporate and investment banking clients in connection with capital raising activities, such as bond and equity offerings across Asia. David previously worked as a capital markets associate at Linklaters LLP, and has been practicing law in Hong Kong since he graduated in 2008 with an MBA from Wharton, a JD from Penn Law, and an MA from the Lauder Institute.

Luc Dowling – L’05, WG ’05. Luc Dowling is a founding member of The JD/MBA Alumni Association, having helped to organize the Association in 2009. Luc is a Managing Director at Aurelius Capital Management, where he has worked since 2006 in distressed debt and event-driven strategies. David completed his undergraduate degree at Brown University in International Relations, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 with an MBA from The Wharton School and a JD from Penn Law School. |

Todd Mortensen – L’12, WG’12. Todd Mortensen is a board member of The JD/MBA Alumni Association, and was a founding member of The JD/MBA Student Association at Penn. Todd currently works as Legal Counsel at Muzinich & Co., a privately-held institutional asset manager that focuses on public and private corporate credit. Todd has previously worked in M&A, restructuring and investment management roles at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, the Blackstone Group, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Todd completed his undergraduate degree in Spanish at Brigham Young University, and graduated with a JD/MBA degree from The Wharton School and Penn Law in 2012. |
